Hart's Diesel Services
Hart's Diesel Performance is a full service Ford Power Stroke shop. They have years of experience with Ford diesel trucks and know how to diagnose issues and repair them. They also offer performance upgrades and know exactly which parts you need to reach your power goals and stay on budget. If budget is tight they also have a variety of used parts available for purchase.
ENGINE REPAIR / OVERHAUL
We offer complete engine overhauls, top end rebuilds, headgaskets, machining, and custom performance builds. We can bulletproof your 6.0 or 6.4 to handle higher horsepower or simply increase reliability.
TRANSMISSIONS
Hart's Diesel offers automatic and manual transmission repair services. This includes stock rebuilds and performance builds for high horsepower applications. Hart's Diesel is the only shop in the Omaha area that rebuilds Ford ZF-6 & ZF-5 manual transmissions.
PERFORMANCE BOLT ONS
Hart's Diesel installs exhausts, intakes, fuel pumps, turbos, intercoolers, and hundreds of other performance parts from top brands.
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
We offer complete fluid and filter changes for all Ford Powerstroke trucks. We use only the highest grade fluids and parts.
SUSPENSION / STEERING
Hart's Diesel installs ball joints, steering gears, tie rods, hubs, and many other suspension parts on Ford Super Duties.
DRIVETRAIN
Complete drivetrain service including driveshafts, u joints, differentials, axle swaps, track bars and other performance modifications.

The standard 6.0 solutions package includes ARP head studs, Mahle head gasket set, resurfacing of your heads, o-ring your heads, new OEM standpipes, new OEM dummy plugs (04.5-07), updated OEM pushrods, updated OEM oil cooler, updated STC fitting (05-07), full synthetic oil change with OEM filter, and a cooling system flush with CAT EC-1 rated coolant.
6.4 SOLUTIONS PACKAGES STARTING AT $(CALL FOR PRICE)
The standard 6.4 solutions package includes ARP head studs, Mahle head gasket set, resurfacing of your cylinder heads, o-ring your cylinder heads, OEM oil cooler, OEM rocker arm assemblies, updated high pressure fuel pump gasket including new lines, cooling system flush with CAT EC-1 rated coolant, and a full synthetic oil change with OEM filter.
